Team
We work with a number of self employed Teachers and Class Assistants. At a minimum our team all have:
Enhanced DBS checks regularly reviewed or signed up to the update service for all teachers and assistants over the age of 16.
Safeguarding Training with Lincolnshire County Council Training Service
All class teachers have Level 3 Paediatric First Aid (12 hour course) and Assistants have a first aid certificate.
Some staff members also have the Open University 'Supporting Children's Mental Health and Well Being' Open Learn Certificate
Lead Teachers and Assistants have Level 2 Food Hygiene (Catering) to support preparing healthy meals and snacks.
